You can register as a website member by sending an email to "User Support".If you wish to become a
member, please inform us by emailing "User Support" now.The following day, you will receive an email
from "User Support" with a few questions to answer.Once you have completed the questions and
emailed us back, we will process your registration.We will send you an
email with confirmation that
your registration has been processed and completed.Please be aware that
processing and notification
takes 2 to 3 days.If you have not received notification within one week of registering, please contact
gUser Supporth directly.TSC Web Auction cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from
a member failing to notify them that their registration has not been confirmed.

In order to use the website services you need a business email address (ie not hotmail or yahoo)
TSC reserves the right to decline registration when an applicant states a hotmail or yahoo email
address.

buying or selling.However, private information may be disclosed in the following cases :
When the individual concerned gives permission for information to be released.
When information is summoned by the courts or police.
When an individual cancels his/her contract after successfully bidding for a lot. Information may be disclosed as a penalty for cancelling without permission.

TSC Web Auction reserves the right to erase members from the register who it feels are not using the
service adequately. TSC also reserves the right to deny future registration to the erased member.
+++ Auction Timing +++
The time allocated to a TSC Web Auction is Japan local time as followed by the TSC Server.
+++ Timing of User Actions +++
For whatever reason, if the information (bid etc)sent by a user does not reach the TSC Web Auction
in time (as deemed by the TSC server) then the action is classed invalid.
We ask the users understand that different servers and computer systems work at different speeds and
utilise different networks. Often the timing of functions will be influenced by this, and by the odd problem
that could be experienced by individualfs computer systems.

is given to the best of the stafffs ability, but TSC is unable to guarantee quoted figures for the likes of
size split, packout and decay.Aspects involving the product, participation,bidding and service of this

TSC Web Auction cannot guarantee a gproblem freeh and uninterrupted service for its website
operations.In the case where a technical problem causes the disruption of the website service, TSC
cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of data, or for any other damage incurred as a result
of the technical failure.

If there is a system failure during a live auction, the auction will be cancelled.In the case where the
auction is cancelled during the bidding, all users on line at the time will be informed immediately.
+++ The Modification or Cancellation of parts of this service. +++
TSC Web Auction can modify the service contents, including the rules and regulations, and reserves
the right to cancel the service. In the case of any cancellation, no responsibility will be placed on the
users.When a major change or cancellation takes place, all registered members will be notified by email.
+++ Canceling Your Membership +++
If you so desire, please inform gUser Supporth of your wish to cancel TSC Auction Website Membership.
We will assist you with your deregistration.However, it is not possible for a user currently participating in
a TSC Web Auction to cancel their membership until the auction transaction is complete.
+++ Applicable Law and Jurisdiction +++
The TSC Web Auction and all itfs contents full under the jurisdiction of Japanese Common Law.Should
there be court proceedings between TSC Web Auction and any of its members, these proceedings will
be held at a court in Kobe.
